Simple Ideas to Improve the Game

Headline sums it up, here they are.

  1. Revenge Mode/Special Move Color Palate Options. It'd be nice to be any color but Orange for a while.

  2. More Inventory Space. Not a lot, but, maybe 15 to 20 more slots. A lot of players are hoarders and don't like giving up Heroic gear to make room for more Heroic gear variants. Right now, inventory isn't large enough to hold every separate piece of heroic gear. At least, for the Valkyrie, haven't tested on others.

  3. Rewards from games should receive a boost based on proximity to opposing strongholds. And game modes played adjacent to enemy strongholds should have a fair chance (10% to 15%) of rewarding a Scavenger Crate. Would make it feel more rewarding to take control of territory if there was a 20% boost in XP or Steel for it. Something to stack with Champion status.

  4. During standby before matches, let players zoom-in on allies/enemies shield designs. It's pretty boring waiting for "that one guy" to ready up, admiring (silently judging) other players shield designs would help ease the passage of time.

  5. Salvage Conversion. If you're like me, you've got no steel but around 20k in faction salvage. A way to exchange Salvage for steel at around a 10 to 1 ratio would be nice, turning my 20k in Salvage into 2k in Steel is a plus in my book.

  6. Hero Selection Zoom. In between games, and trust me, I have no idea why I want to. But before I pick a hero, I'd like to be able to zoom in on them like in the equipment screen. Honestly have no idea why, it's just an urge that gnaws at me every time. Especially if I equip new equipment from the previous games loot.

  7. Continuance Rewards. A simple boost in xp/steel gain, maybe 10%, for playing multiple games in the same lobby. I know Ubisoft would rather swing the stick than offer a carrot. But rage-quit penalties will just stack with current disconnect issues. Rewards opposed to punishments reinforce good behavior.

  8. Enemy Health/Stamina Cam. While breaking, you can't currently see enemy condition through player cams. This adds a layer of tension undoubtedly, but also kind of an annoyance. It would be nice to be able to see these things through a player cam.

  9. Quick Review, holding X in post-game rewards menu should skip you through the multiple screens and straight to being able to examine loot/deploy assets and ready up. Fast-spamming the x can be aggravating. But a simple hold to pass option would rock.

If anything, upvote this simply so Ubisoft will glance at it. These are simple non-combat affecting game improvements that benefit the community. Plus, they're not that hard to add to the game. So, just consider it.
