The rules: only subclass abilities, not guns or Exotic armors or anything like that. And it has be worse, even slightly, not just changed. This also is only concerned with PvP, so if something gets worse for PvP but becomes better in PvE, it's still on this list. (Also I'm not including the things that got accidentally nerfed with this latest hotfix, but WILL BE fixed in the future. Note that certain things will grant MORE instant health than they do now after they fix it, even if they don't revert the change entirely.)
Also if something was buffed, but then nerfed, it still counts because it used to be better if it is indeed worse than before. Finally, if an ability is shared between classes (like Blink) it will be listed with each class.

- Viking Funeral
- Shoulder Charge
- Hammer of Sol hammers
- Thermal Vent
- Cauterize (maybe? Hard to tell if the instant chunk of health will be better than instant healing)
- Blink Strike
- Hungering Blade (again, this is a maybe…?)
- Throwing Knife
So after looking at all this, I do have to wonder…are we happier now?
Also note two things: Defender was never nerfed at all and Voidwalker barely has any nerfs too, they've largely been unscathed and have gotten nothing but buffs (accidental nerfs aside).
Also note Warlock has the most nerfs by a large margin, especially when you take into account that 2 of its nerfs were shared by Hunters so in terms of unique nerf to Warlocks…there's a fucking lot. 12 total (10 unique) compared to 7 for Titans and 9 for Hunters (7 unique).
