The Dullahan, the Headless Rider

Pantheon: Celtic

Class: Warrior

Pros: High Mobility, High Area Damage

Appearance: The Dullahan appears in Smite as a leanly muscled man atop a dark black horse. The Dullahan is headless, and carries his head in the crook of his left elbow. The head is a mottled blue color, with a wide grin adorning it. The Dullahan is wearing very proper clothing, a black overcoat with red tips and black striped pants. The horse is about the size of Guan’s horse. The Dullahan uses a human spinal cord as a whip for his auto attacks. The Dullahan’s voice is deep and booming, with cackly undertones.

Passive Ability: Golden Fright

The Dullahan is afraid of gold, and therefore does not gain gold. Instead, he gains Souls. These souls are gained whenever the Dullahan would gain gold, and he can use them in the shop. Additionally, whenever the Dullahan kills an enemy god, he gains an additional 10% Souls.

1st Ability: Swinging Spine

The Dullahan begins to swing his whip around him, dealing 30/50/70/90/110 (25% physical scaling) damage every .5 seconds for 1.5 seconds in a 25 unit radius around him.

2nd Ability: Bucket of Blood

The Dullahan splashes his bucket of blood in a cone in front of him, the size of Shroud of Darkness. Enemies will be coated in the blood, becoming slowed by 15/20/25/30/35%, and blinded for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds. Additionally, the Dullahan will gain 10/12/14/16/18% penetration against enemies covered in blood. They are covered in blood for five seconds.

3rd Ability: Spinal Flagellate

The Dullahan whips his spine down in a 55 unit line in front of him, dealing 90/135/180/225/270 (70% physical scaling) damage and blinding them for .75 seconds.

Ultimate Ability: Gate Opener

No closed gate can keep the Dullahan out. The Dullahan charges forward 60 units, summoning spectral riders with him. They charge forward in the width of Susano’s ultimate. Enemies in the line will take 120/210/300/390/480 (100% physical scaling) damage. There is a circle radius in the last 30 units. Enemies in the circle radius will be feared for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds at the end.
