Hi guys, I'm hoping someone might be able to help me out.
I bought H1Z1 a little over a week ago. I set up my account on the website, was able to login just fine and waited for the game to download. Once I started the game and put both my username and password it tells me wrong user/pass. Reset password to no avail. Now unable to login in the game client and the website.
I read online that I have to post a ticket from another account, so I create a new one and open a ticket. After 2 days without an answer I give up and try logging into the game with my new account. As soon as I try the user/pass in the game client I can no longer login to that account on the website either, unable to check the status on my ticket.
I messaged Daybreak through twitter and they told me that I had blocked my account for having attempted to login incorrectly 3 times and that I had to wait 24 hours for it to reset. I wait 48 hours to reset passwords on both accounts before trying to login and I am still getting the wrong user/pass error message.
Has anybody on this subreddit been through this, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
