As it stands removing the goodwill and getting a 30 minute time out is not sufficient enough.
Ranked is supposed to be a game mode where you play to win, yet some people don't understand that and just leave when they die or when shit doesn't go their way.
I believe a harsher punishment is in order, I have thought of 5 time leaver offensives if they leave multiple games in a row or within a certain time frame, depending on what offense you are one will determine how many games you need to play and stay in before your punishment is "reset".
All these "bans" are for ranked only you can still queue casual. This would potentially curb part of the leaving problem if they learn they can't get away with it
1st offense: Goodwill removed, 1 hour long ban, and you lose 5 TP more than your team did if they lost and if your team won, you lose 5 TP on top of what you already lost for leaving.
2nd offense: 3 hour ban, upon a loss you lose the amount you would have lost + 10, and if your team wins, you lose 10 TP on top of what you lost for leaving.
3rd offense: 24 hour ban, upon a loss you lose the amount you would have loss +20, and if your team wins you lose 20 TP on top of what you lost for leaving.
4th offense: 72 hour ban, upon a loss you get automatically dropped a ranked section, example if you were gold 3, you'd now be gold 4. If your team wins, you lose 25 TP on top of what you lost for leaving.
5th offense: A week ban from ranked, upon a loss you will be dropped a complete division, example you were gold now you are silver, and if your team wins, you lose a section, Gold 3 to Gold 4.
